Freshness in Orlando Seafood Restaurant

With Orlando being only less than an hour from the Atlantic Ocean and only a little more to the Gulf of Mexico it is a prime spot for excellent Seafood. The less time it takes to import the seafood directly relates to how fresh the fish are and how good they will taste. Living in a landlocked city miles and miles away from the ocean can take time to import seafood resulting in a poorer taste. Orlando is almost dead in the middle of two seas and the restaurants that specialize in seafood are most excellent.

Freshness is critical when it comes to the taste of seafood and this is why the restaurants that are closer to the coasts are of much higher quality. These restaurants can get the fish within the same day and cook them that night making for an outstanding meal. The quality and blend of flavors within are much better than other restaurants. There is also much more of a variety of the fish depending upon where you live at.

There are many great Orlando Seafood Restaurants, but to make sure your night out is great make sure the restaurant is known for their fresh seafood. There are many restaurants within Orlando who do not offer seafood from the area and get it imported elsewhere, making it not as fresh. Check to see where the restaurant gets their food from. I would also recommend, if they have it, what is on their list for the catch of the day!
